  • Late payments may incur additional charges as per our late payment policy.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Users may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Eagle Air HVAC provides a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, as detailed in your service agreement.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

9. Changes to Terms
